THE COMMITTEE
The Peak Soaring Association (PSA) is run and organised by a committee formed from club members.
The committee are all volunteers and work on behalf of all members in their spare time.
The main roles of the committee are:
- Administer the club within guidelines provided by the British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association (BHPA)
- Facilitate interest in our sport and the recruitment of new members to the club.
- Liaise with land owners or lease holders to negotiate access to land for flying.
- Collect and account for membership funds used for various purposes but primarily to pay for access to land for flying.
- Provide a membership structure that allows for communication with active club members.
- To review and disseminate safety procedures and key flying-site information to members.
